GEORECONEIXEMENT AWARDS 2025: The College of Geographers of Catalonia grants the award to the Kilian Jornet Foundation.

As true lovers of nature,  geography and the territory, occasions like this remind us of the importance of our work and the strength that unites us in every project we undertake. From KJF, we are deeply grateful and proud to receive the GEORECONEIXEMENT 2025 award from the College of Geographers of Catalonia, recognizing our efforts to preserve the natural mountain environments.

The event will take place on February 27 at the Reial Acadèmia de Medicina in Barcelona. In addition to receiving the award, we will be there to connect with professionals in the field and meet organizations actively working to protect our land. The event will also include the presentation of the Geography Professional Career Award and the Wikiloc Prize for the best online routes in Catalonia. Finally, the evening will conclude with dinner and live music by Llum Blancafort.

The Mission of the College of Geographers of Catalonia
